Draft, Don't Send
Produce a reviewable draft before anything goes out.
Outbound actions are hard to take back. An email goes to a real person, a message lands in a real channel. Ask the agent to prepare the artifact, a draft reply, a proposed message, a suggested invite, and stop there for your review. You read it, edit it, and you press send. Drafting keeps the agent's speed without handing it your reputation.
