Re-Anchor After Compaction

After compaction, restate any decision that lived only in chat and have Claude write it where it will survive.

When a long Claude Code session compacts (older turns are summarized to free up room), an agreement that lived only in the chat can drop out of the summary. CLAUDE.md reloads, but a decision you made together two hours ago may not. If Claude starts acting against it, stop, restate the decision, and have Claude write it somewhere that survives, like the plan file. Vague: "Remember what we said earlier?" Specific: "Stop. Earlier we agreed the old export page stays as it is until the mobile app ships. Add that to the Decisions section of our plan file, then show me the remaining steps before you edit anything."
